Key Responsibilities: • Perform grounds keeping duties like snow removal and landscaping • Handle various types of plant equipment and vehicles • Maintain and repair building interiors and exteriors • Conduct minor plumbing and HVAC maintenance • Inspect safety equipment monthly for compliance

Requirements: • One year certificate in a related area • Two years of relevant maintenance experience • Class G driver's license needed • Certification in WHMIS and First Aid/CPR/AED • Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, welding, and troubleshooting
