TELUS is able to deliver reliable telecommunications solutions for our customers and ensure 7x24 availability.You will lead a multidisciplined operational team that includes Inside and Outside Plant, Network Operations, RF Operations, and Power Operations.What you’ll doEstablish team standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective operational executionProvide leadership, guidance, mentoring and support to the operational teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelinesMonitor and track program progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as neededConduct quarterly audits of services provided by key partnerPrepare and present regular program status reports to executive leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challengesFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the teamPromote operational best practices and provide training,
