Pay Rate: $55-65

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Content Designer to create clear, intuitive, and user-focused content across digital banking experiences. This role will work closely with design, product, research, and business partners to simplify complex information and improve the overall customer experience.

In This Role, You Will

- Create clear, concise, and accessible content for digital products and experiences.
- Write and refine UX copy including navigation, forms, error messages, notifications, calls to action, and other interface content.
- Simplify complex financial and technical information into language that is easy for customers to understand.
- Partner with UX/UI designers, product managers, researchers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Use research, analytics, and customer feedback to improve content and user journeys.
- Ensure content aligns with brand, accessibility, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to content standards, design systems, and reusable content patterns.
- Advocate for strong content design and customer-centred experiences throughout the product lifecycle.





What You Bring

- Experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, or a related role.
- Robust writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience creating content for digital products or services.
- Ability to simplify complex information while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design and accessibility principles.
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional product or design teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant content design or UX writing work.

Nice to Have

- Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, insurance, or another regulated industry.
- Experience working in Figma.
- Familiarity with design systems and content standards.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
