As a full-time nursing skilled, you will ensure the effective delivery of care in accordance with nursing standards and policies.
This role involves assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and supervising nursing staff within community home care settings. Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care in line with established nursing guidelines
- Evaluate and update resident care plans regularly
- Supervise nursing staff, including onboarding and performance reviews
- Monitor staff performance and resolve any issues
- Step in as a leader in the absence of the Director of Care Requirements:
- Active certificate of competence from approved institutions
- Registered or eligible for registration within the province
- Previous experience in community or long-term care
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
