We create outdoor environments across Greater Victoria for residential and commercial clients and we’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who want to grow in a qualified and supportive team.ResponsibilitiesBuild and install hardscapes including patios, walkways, driveways, pavers, retaining walls, and other stone or wood features.Install softscape elements such as trees, shrubs, soil, sod, and mulch.Contribute to irrigation system installations and drainage solutions.Operate a range of power tools and equipment (e.G., skid steers, walk‑behind, compaction tools, cutting saws).Load, unload, and secure equipment and materials for transport.Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.Collaborate with foremen and crew members to complete projects efficiently.Take part in winter work, including snow removal and anti‑ice applications, as required.QualificationsAt least 1 year of hands‑on experience in landscaping, construction, masonry, carpentry,
