dry goods and sundries as requiredCommunicate expected lead times for parts delivery to relevant site personnel to ensure transparency and planning.Ensure timely racking of parts and receipting them on the system with clear instructions on their locationProcess invoices and credit notes efficiently and in a timely manner.Secure and label all parts that need to be returnedAnalyze trends within the parts supply chain that contribute to failures or rework and implement corrective actions.Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance value.Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the parts Coordinator to ensure team effectiveness.Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chainPromote Aviva AutoCare Centre values and goalsWhat You’ll BringPost-secondary education2-5 years of proven leadership experience in automotive repair industryKnowledge of systems used for racking and receipting partsExcellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skillsGenuine curiosity and an inquisitive approach,
