As a Registered Nurse, you will focus on the primary care of patients in trauma, orthopaedic, plastics, and neurosurgery. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with interprofessional teams and embracing Person-Centred Care principles. Utilize your surgical knowledge and skills to educate patients and families effectively, addressing their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver primary nursing care to trauma and orthopaedic patients • Perform assessments and develop tailored intervention plans • Engage with diverse healthcare teams for optimal care • Provide patient and family education on treatment plans • Support patient advocacy within the care team
Requirements: • Active CNO Registration for nursing practice • Current B.C.L.S. certification needed • Prefer candidates with B.Sc.N. degrees • Surgical experience in both Pre-Op and Post-Op care • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
