Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator

Location: Ville St-Laurent, QC – 100% Onsite

Salary: $70,000 + $5,000 per successful hire ($90k-$100k projected in first year)

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to join a growing organization in the private aviation industry.

This is a recruitment-driven role for someone who enjoys sourcing, engaging, and hiring talent and is motivated by measurable results. Recruitment will represent the majority of the position, complemented by HR responsibilities including onboarding, employee experience, and corporate/employer branding.

Requirements

- Bilingualism in English and French is required.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related role.
- A results-driven recruiter who is comfortable being measured on hiring performance.
- Strong sourcing, screening, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with an ATS/HRIS is an asset.

What You'll Do

- Own full-cycle recruitment for sales and other corporate positions, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and hiring.




- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, outreach campaigns, and other recruitment channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Track recruitment activity and performance, with a strong focus on successful hires and speed of execution.
- Support corporate and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's presence in the talent market.
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure a positive candidate-to-employee experience.
- Support HR activities including employee records, benefits, HR systems, employee inquiries, compliance, and workplace initiatives.
