- Vehicle with appropriate insurance List of Duties - HomeShare Providers are caring community members who open their homes and share their lives with adults with disabilities.
- They offer a protected, welcoming, and supportive home environment for people with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injuries, while encouraging independence, personal growth, and meaningful connection to community.
- Providers develop respectful, trusting relationships with the individual, their family, and friends,



and offer steady support that helps promote comfort, security, and well-being.
- When needed, they follow support plans related to behaviour, coping skills, autonomy, and enriching life opportunities, with guidance from consulting professionals.
- HomeShare Providers offer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Providers may be individuals, couples, or families who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference while supporting the agency’s strategic goals.
- Compensation: $1600-$4000 Monthly payment, based on current Community Living BC (CLBC) rates.
- As a HomeShare Provider, you are contracted by Inclusion Powell River and receive tax-free compensation.
