Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth
- Manage budgets meticulously, monitor financial performance, and optimize resource allocation to meet organizational goals
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a motivated team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service
- Oversee guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring memorable stays for all visitors
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards while conducting regular inspections
- Cultivate a positive work environment through effective human resources practices such as performance evaluations and staff development initiatives




- Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff members from various cultural backgrounds
- Uphold professional phone etiquette while managing reservations, inquiries, and internal communications

Qualifications

- Proven experience supervising hotel operations or in a similar hospitality leadership role with demonstrated success in managing teams
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Extensive knowledge of hotel procedures, front desk operations, guest services, and hospitality standards
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management within the hospitality industry
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with human resources practices including hiring, training, and employee development
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling reservations and guest inquiries professionally
- Previous experience in a multicultural environment is preferred to effectively serve diverse clientele
