In this role, you will be responsible for:Leading daily operations of an assigned kitchen station, ensuring mise en place is complete and service runs with consistency and precisionOverseeing preparation, portioning, and presentation of menu items to maintain high culinary and plating standardsSupervising and mentoring Demi Chefs and Cooks, providing hands‑on training and supporting team developmentEnsuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food storage, labeling, and waste reduction practicesCommunicating effectively with Sous Chefs and team members to coordinate service timing and support a calm, cooperative kitchen environmentYou’ll be part of a passionate,
