Job TitleEmergency Services Representative (Bilingual: French/English) - OnsiteResponsibilitiesReceive interactions for emergency assistance from our users utilizing a device provisioned with the service.Interact directly with the user to obtain details of the emergency request before contacting the appropriate “Public Safety Answering Point” directly or through an intermediary.Where permitted by law, provide post‑dispatch or pre‑arrival instructions to the individual in need of assistance.Receive training and certification for police, medical, and fire situations.Provide the highest level of service to individuals in an emergency or distressed state.Deliver expert support and customer experience with patience, reassurance and sense of urgency.QualificationsMust be bilingual in French/English in both written and verbal communication (C1 proficiency required).Open to flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends (24/7 operation with 5 days on 2 days off).Experience in emergency response and/or high‑stress emergency communication center environments preferred.Strongly preferred: emergency, fire, police dispatch experience; college 911 communications/public safety diploma or course completion; police, fire,
