Being a HVAC Technical Support technician means putting your passion and expertise to work for both the team and our customers. As a HVAC Technical Support Technician, you will be responsible for responding to service requests, performing remote troubleshooting, and working closely with service technicians and teh R&D; team to support repair and preventive maintenance activities. In this role, you will,

- Respond to service calls and emails;
- Remotely monitor, locate, and diagnose technical issues;
- Recommend solutions that best meet customer needs;
- Read and interpret drawings and technical documentations;
- Enter orders into the internal system and follow up on shilpping confirmations;
- Work closely with the R&D; team to resolve technical issues;
- Process merchandise returns;
- Handle warranty and claim credits.

You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:

- A diploma in Refrigeration, Building Mechanics, or a related field;
- Approximately 2 years of customer service experience;
- Experience or knowledge in heat pump systems (mini-splits), considered a strong asset;
- Fluency in French and functional English to support English-speaking customers;
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications;
- General knowledge of the HVAC industry;
- An interest in troubleshooting and problem-solving;
- The ability to work independently, with attention to detail, resourcefulness, and versatility;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude;
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
