We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hygiene Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

- Coordinate scheduling and patient flow for hygiene appointments to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes at the front desk, providing friendly and qualified service
- Maintain accurate records and patient estimates using gold and recall max programs
- Support the dental team by managing appointment confirmations, text reminders, and follow-up communications via phone, text and email
- Collaborate with the dental reception team to ensure seamless communication between clinical and administrative staff





Experience

- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office environment is an asset
- previous Sales experience and customer service with no dental experience is open to apply. Position training will be provided.
- High level of customer service on phone and in person is essential
- Familiarity with electronic dental records systems like Gold and Recall Max is a plus
- Proven office experience, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone system management, is advantageous
