Ltd. is looking to add like-minded individuals to its growing team. We are now searching for an IBU Coordinator for our office, located in Ft. Saskatchewan, AB.

As an IBU Coordinator, you are responsible for growing our organizations small business client base through focused customer service, account development and new business opportunities.

What You Will Do -

- Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
- Provide quotes and sell recent policies to clients
- Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients




- Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
- Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters
- Make timely renewal calls for existing client business
- Resolve client concerns
- Develop existing client accounts
- Meet sales and service goals
- Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
- Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education
- Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans

What You Bring to the Team –

- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency
- Completion of General License Level 1, or willingness to obtain prior to employment
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Experience using EPIC broker management system
- Ability to deliver an outstanding client experience using expert knowledge and sales skills
- Drive and motivation for personal growth
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
