Join our team as a Building Consultant focused on Property Condition Assessments, delivering quality assurance and technical advice to clients. This role requires in office assessments and timely report preparation.
As a consultant, you will report to the Engineering Manager while investigating building conditions and preparing reserve fund studies. Strong skills in problem-solving and clear communication will help you interact effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive project support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough property condition assessments and related documentation • Create detailed reports following site evaluations • Research and prepare repair cost estimates • Collaborate on capital replacement studies and performance audits • Address building issues and provide reliable technical advice
Requirements: • 3-5 years PCA experience and knowledge of ASTM E2018 • Engineering degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma preferred • Understanding of the Condominium Act, 1998 • Must possess a G license and access to a vehicle • Strong skills in MS Office 365 and AutoCAD
