We are the industry leader in Canada, and we care beyond service!ResponsibilitiesTheParts Technical Specialist & Service Estimatoris responsible for maintaining positive relationships with service technicians, the service team and manufacturers for parts identification, reviewing estimates, parts sourcing and problem solving. You must thrive in an extremely fast‑paced work environment with high deliverables. This is an active posting for a vacancy that currently needs to be filled.Qualifications2 years+ of customer service experienceExperience with a current ERP system an assetTechnically savvy with the ability to read manufacturer manuals and identify partsCustomer focused with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,
