Become the Indigenous Student Navigator at Keyano College in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Provide impactful support to Indigenous students from recruitment through graduation.

This Term role involves working closely with current and prospective Indigenous learners to ensure they have the necessary resources for a successful educational experience. You will coordinate programs, advocate for student needs, and ensure a respectful workplace as an ambassador for Indigenous communities. Engage with various stakeholders to promote educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: • Offer outreach support throughout students' educational journeys • Liaise with faculty and community organizations • Organize events that celebrate Indigenous culture • Manage student programming and initiatives • Collect and analyze participation data

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field • Experience working with Indigenous communities • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools • Valid Driver’s License
