Join Indigenous Youth Roots as a Talent Management Specialist shaping futures for Indigenous youth. This full-time, remote position integrates recruitment, onboarding, and performance management with Indigenous cultural values. In your role, you'll report to the Director of People, Culture, & Operational Effectiveness, overseeing recruitment processes and leading organizational training initiatives.

Your work will be instrumental in co-designing innovative practices aimed at enhancing organizational capacity while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Engage actively in community collaboration to create a robust organizational culture. Key Responsibilities:

- Operationalize recruitment and selection for diverse needs




- Support recent employee onboarding through cultural integration
- Innovate training workshops for talent development
- Coach leadership on performance management practices
- Act as a backup resource for People & Culture inquiries Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in recruitment
- At least 2 years in training development
- Familiarity with Indigenous community engagement is preferred
- Certifications in HR or training development an asset
