Millions of users, healthcare professionals, researchers and fitness enthusiasts rely on Cronometer to better understand their nutrition and improve their health.As we continue to grow, we're looking for our first Partnerships Manager to own our strategic partnerships program.This is a rare opportunity to create a role from the ground up. You'll own relationships with our existing API and integration partners while identifying and developing new partnerships that accelerate Cronometer's growth. From health platforms and wearable companies to supplement brands, and cutting-edge wellness businesses, you'll be responsible for finding creative ways to build meaningful partnerships that create value for both our users and our business.If you're equal parts relationship builder, strategist, marketer and entrepreneur, we'd love to meet you.What You’ll Do:Own and Grow Strategic PartnershipsManage and strengthen relationships with Cronometer's existing API and integration partners.Identify, evaluate and develop current strategic partnerships that support company growth.Negotiate partnership agreements and coordinate successful launches.Build long-term relationships that create mutual value for both organizations.Represent Cronometer at industry events, conferences and partner meetings.Drive Business GrowthDevelop partnership strategies that increase user acquisition, paid subscriptions and brand awareness.Identify opportunities for joint marketing campaigns, co-branded content, webinars,
affiliate programs and product collaborations.Work with partners to develop campaigns that drive measurable results.Track performance and continuously optimize partnership initiatives.Collaborate Across the BusinessYou'll work closely with:Sales to identify commercial opportunities.Product Managers to align integrations and product roadmaps.Community Marketing to amplify partner campaigns and engage our audience.Marketing to execute campaigns and launch initiatives.You'll become the internal champion for partnerships, ensuring every opportunity aligns with Cronometer's product, brand and long-term strategy.What Success Looks LikeWithin your first year, you'll have:Expanded Cronometer's strategic partner ecosystemIncreased qualified user acquisition through partnershipsHelped grow paid subscriptions through partner initiativesBuilt repeatable partnership processes and reportingBecome a trusted strategic advisor across Marketing, Product and SalesWhat We're Looking ForWe're less interested in checking every box and more interested in finding someone who is excited to build something meaningful.You likely have:5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, marketing or strategic alliancesExceptional relationship‑building and communication skillsStrong business acumen with the ability to identify win‑win opportunities both from a brand and financial standpointA proactive, entrepreneurial mindset—you enjoy creating structure where none existsExperience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong presentation and negotiation skillsComfort working independently while collaborating across departmentsA data‑driven approach to measuring successBonus PointsExperience in SaaS, health tech or consumer technologyFamiliarity with APIs, software integrations or partner ecosystemsExperience with HubSpot or similar CRM systemsExperience working with affiliate or referral programsPassion for nutrition, health, fitness or wellnessWorking in our Revelstoke head office is preferred, we will consider remote work for the right candidateBenefits:Employee bonus programComprehensive health and dental benefitsEmployee Stock OptionsRRSP Matching ProgramCompany phone + phone planFitness device rebateFlexible schedule and work from home options#J-18808-Ljbffr
