Take the lead as the Interim Supervisor of Child, Youth and Family Development at the YMCA in Sudbury. This full-time contract role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality educational child care. Located at various locations throughout Sudbury, this interim supervisor role oversees day-to-day operations for children aged 0-12.

Under the guidance of the Manager of Child, Youth & Family Development, you will ensure program delivery adheres to YMCA standards and legislative requirements. You will directly impact the safety and educational quality for children while supporting staff training and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure children’s health and safety through active supervision
- Oversee high-quality educational programming delivery




- Conduct orientation tours for current families joining the program
- Maintain accurate records for children and staff
- Recruit and train staff to meet compliance standards Requirements:
- Early Childhood Education Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of supervisory experience in child settings
- Membership with College of Early Childhood Educators
- Valid G license and clear Police Record
- Current First Aid and CPR certification Elevate quality child care standards while leading a dedicated team at the YMCA in Sudbury.
