Position OverviewLambert Nemec Group, Winnipeg’s premier Permanent Recruitment firm, is partnering with a well-established financial services organization to identify an Executive Client Services Associate. The successful candidate will thrive in a professional and collaborative environment, managing client communications, administrative coordination, and supporting financial documentation within the investment and insurance space.ResponsibilitiesThis is an Executive assistant role reporting to the President while supporting client services for a financial services firm.Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and ensuring a high level of professional service.Support the President with day‑to‑day administrative coordination, including calendar management and meeting scheduling.Prepare, review, and organize client documentation related to investment portfolios, insurance policies, and financial reporting.Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence for clients and internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.Support financial administrative processes including expense tracking, invoice coordination, and documentation management.Coordinate meetings, client communications, and follow‑ups to ensure a seamless client experience.Conduct research on financial products, market trends,
