What is in it for you:
- Hourly salary of $27-28, based on experience.
- Hybrid work, with 3 days per week in the office.
and validate secured collateral filings in Canada under the PPSA and in the United States under the UCC.
- Extract, organize, and track filing information in Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain tracking logs and reporting records.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of extracted data.
- Work independently while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders as required.
What you will need to succeed:
Required qualifications
- Previous experience working in a law firm, legal department, or similar legal environment.
- Experience reviewing legal, loan, or financing documentation.
- Strong knowledge of PPSA filings in Canada and/or UCC filings in the United States.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supporting secured lending, commercial lending, or collateral documentation processes.
- Exposure to both Canadian and United States collateral filing requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
