MSH Americas is looking for an Audit and Risk Management Specialist to join our Compliance team and play a central role in protecting the integrity of our operations.What you will be doing:Lead the annual self-risk assessment, maintain the corporate risk register, and advise business lines on risk controlsConduct annual AML risk assessments, vendor/provider/partner surveys, and quarterly Executive Committee reportingPromote a risk-aware culture through training, communication, and best practicesAuditPlan, execute, and report on internal and external audits, including semi‑annual insurer auditsCoordinate ISO 27001, ISO 27017, SOC 1, and SOC 2 certifications with external auditors and keep Vanta audit‑readyTrack audit findings and nonconformities through to resolution; present quarterlyreports to the Audit CommitteeInternal controlEvaluate organisational processes, identify control gaps, and recommend improvements to managementPerform internal audit projects and follow up on outstanding issues to strengthen governanceMaintain regulatory compliance documentation and ensure all policies are reviewed on scheduleWhat we are looking forUndergraduate degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience in risk management and/or auditLead Auditor certification for ISO 27001, ISO 27017, SOC 1, or SOC 2 (preferred)Comfortable presenting to senior leadership,
