Society of Okanagan & Kootenay is seeking a dedicated Inventory/Suite Turnover Worker. This role includes conducting move-out inspections, documenting tenant belongings, and ensuring suites are cleaned and repaired efficiently. You will also assist with annual inspections and perform various janitorial tasks as required. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct move-out inspections and assess suite conditions
- Manage inventory of tenant belongings and pack items for storage
- Clean and maintain empty suites meeting turnover timelines
- Assist with annual suite inspections and report issues
- Execute assigned janitorial duties including spill clean-up Requirements:
- High School diploma required
- Basic computer skills and software adaptability
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
- Physical capability to lift up to 30lbs
- Ability to explicit a Criminal Record Check Leverage your cleaning and maintenance skills to support tenants in transitioning to their new homes.
