● University graduation in business, management or a related discipline and four-year Technical Business Analyst (BA) experience; OR ● Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline and six-year BA experience; OR

● One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline and seven-year BA experience; OR

● Eight-year BA experience

WORK EXPERIENCE

● 3 years

- Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements.





● 4 years

- Experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process re-engineering workshops and sessions.

● 5 years

- Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across ministries or departments.

● 5 years

- Experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT setting.

1 year

- Experience working with correctional facility systems related to business processes and gathering requirements
