The HSE Advisor will support multiple construction projects throughout London and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone looking to continue building their career in construction health and safety while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast-paced environment.Our successful candidate will work closely with site supervision, field staff, subcontractors, and management to help promote and maintain a solid safety culture across all projects.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular site inspections and audits of work activities, equipment, and jobsite conditionsIdentify unsafe conditions, safety concerns, near misses, and incidents, and assist with corrective actionsWork collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors to ensure company safety expectations and procedures are followedAssist with incident investigations, documentation, and follow-up actionsParticipate in site orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetingsBuild positive working relationships with field staff, supervisors, and trade partnersSupport ongoing safety initiatives and help promote safe work practices on siteMaintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance recordsTravel between multiple job sites throughout the day as requiredQualificationsPost-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, or a related field is considered an asset1–3 years of construction safety experience preferredKnowledge of Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act and construction safety regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships on siteConfident, approachable,
and comfortable working with field teams and subcontractorsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while also contributing within a team environmentProficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is practical, approachable, and genuinely cares about keeping people safe.
