With a commitment to enhancing client service, you'll be responsible for delivering training and maintaining learning programs that comply with adult learning principles. Your experience in training development, coupled with a solid knowledge of claims processes, will empower you to produce effective training materials and foster a culture of learning.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver impactful training sessions for enhanced learner comprehension • Regularly review and update training materials for relevancy • Work with specialists to achieve precise learning outcomes • Embed client engagement into training program design • Guide learners to develop necessary skills and competencies

Requirements: • At least 3 years' training development experience • Post-secondary education in adult learning or similar • Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theories required • Understanding of insurance practices preferred • CIP or FCIP designations considered an advantage
