As an experienced Lane Closure Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient work zones on active roads and infrastructure sites. You will utilize your skills in reading and drawing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and conducting Field Level Risk Assessments (FLRAs). Join a company that values safety, teamwork, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and follow Traffic Management Plans for closures
• Install cones, signs, and barricades securely




• Operate LCT trucks and positioning equipment safely
• Perform FLRA before and during work shifts
• Monitor traffic flow and adjust setups as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years LCT experience required
• Ability to read and draw Traffic Management Plans
• Solid communication with crew and supervisors
• Reliable, alert, and safety-focused
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
