You thrive on challenges and love the satisfaction of helping people find their way to financial success.What You’ll Be Doing:Build and maintain relationships with customers in person, by phone, and emailProcess loan applications, verify documentation, and support underwriting decisionsAssess creditworthiness and ensure alignment with company policies and risk guidelinesManage collections activities, including engaging customers in solution-focused conversations and arranging flexible payment optionsMaintain accurate customer records and handle general account inquiries with strong customer serviceConduct credit research, review income and assets, and manage risk exposureReconnect with customers through skip tracing to support account resolutionLearn and apply company policies, procedures,
