This is a full-time, permanent position with minimum 30 hours per week.Job Description:Oversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Tim Hortons location, ensuring efficient service and a positive customer experience.Implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.Recruit, hire, and provide training for new team members.Create staff schedules and monitor employee performance, ensuring optimal productivity and excellent customer service.Manage inventory, track sales,
