The position requires a minimum of 6 months of full time experience in a long-term care facility, plus Vulnerable Sector Check and up-to-date TB screening, immunization records, and Ontario Covid QR Passport. This is a CAS/Call-in assignment with no accommodations offered and a local-only posting.
