The
Retail Territory Representative serves as a Brand Ambassador across assigned Branded Partner, Corporate and Dealer retail locations, driving territory performance through strong relationships, sales execution, coaching, and market insights. Reporting to the Manager, Regional Retail (with accountabilities to Partner and Dealer channel), this role is responsible for delivering strategic sales programs that achieve revenue, market share, and customer experience targets across a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an assigned Partner, Corporate and Dealer retail territory to deliver sales targets, KPIs, and executionpriorities
Build strong relationships with Dealer & Partner store employees, their respective leaders, Store Managers, and sales teams to influence performance
Ability to work cross functionally with both Dealer & Partner account teams to ensure a strong feedback loop
Develop and execute territory action plans based on sales analysis, contribution, and local market insights
Train and coach retail associates on products, systems, promotions, and key differentiators
Support and execute promotions, vendor events, demo days, and community initiatives to grow market share
Act as escalation point for customer and store issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
Analyze sales reports and market performance to identify opportunities and risks
Gather and share competitive intelligence and field insights with leadership
Ensure brand standards are consistently executed across merchandising, demos, and collateral placement
Escalate issues and recommendations to management
Completion of checklists during visits including store and operating standards
Ability to work flexible hours to meet changing deadlines inclusive of evenings, weekends and holidays
Qualifications & Experience
Post secondary education in Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in Retail Sales, Store Management, Field Representative, Dealer Account Management, or Telecommunications
Proven ability to influence and drive results through relationships without direct authority
Robust analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
Valid driver’s license includes a clean driver’s abstract access to a personal vehicle, and ability to travel within assigned region.
