About Us
Retailogists scales retail businesses as a true growth partner, accountable for measurable business outcomes, not deliverables. We build the strategy, then execute the roadmap ourselves. Our team spans every function that moves the P&L;: sales, marketing, operations, finance, and technology, working as one to drive profitable growth. Alongside our growth partner practice, we build and sell our own tech products (Avia, Orca, Kora, and what's next), each one born out of a real client problem.
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Lead Product Manager, Growth with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, exceptional critical-thinking skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in uncharted territory. This is not a traditional product management role.
You will own the end-to-end growth and customer experience roadmap for an assigned portfolio of retail clients, spanning the entire customer journey; from upper-funnel acquisition through conversion, retention, loyalty, post-purchase experience, and customer support.
Your mandate will encompass every major retail touchpoint across digital commerce and physical stores, with the objective of connecting both environments into a unified, world-class customer experience.
You will work at the intersection of growth, retail operations, data, technology, and customer experience, leveraging your experience to define, present, and execute transformation roadmaps anchored in tangible business outcomes.
Every roadmap must be tied to clear North Star metrics and measurable improvements to the client's P&L.; Our definition of growth goes well beyond ROAS, campaign metrics, or adding technology features. We focus on outcomes such as: incremental net sales, gross-margin improvement, customer lifetime value, customer acquisition efficiency, store productivity and conversion.
This significantly expands both the scope and accountability of the role. You will ultimately be responsible for helping improve the business performance of your assigned book of clients.
You will operate within a multidisciplinary squad alongside data engineers, software developers, systems integrators, data scientists, technology specialists,
and subject-matter experts across growth practices including paid search, paid social, email/SMS, SEO/GEO, CRO, customer experience, and data analytics.
As the lead, you will establish the vision, define priorities, build business cases, make strategic trade-offs, and guide the teams responsible for execution.
The ideal candidate combines growth expertise, commercial judgment, technology fluency, and executive-level leadership and has the capability to build and continuously improve large-scale retail growth and transformation roadmaps for major retailers.
We move fast and hold a high bar. We push boundaries, we win, and we want people wired the same way.
