We are currently searching for one experienced Operations Manager. This position is critical to the daily operations of our business. The major responsibilities of this position include:Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating business operationsDeveloping and implementing operational strategies, policies, and proceduresManaging recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staffAllocating resources and coordinating activities across departmentsMonitoring financial performance, budgets, and cost controlsEnsuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulationsPreparing reports and advising senior management on operational performanceResolving operational issues and implementing improvementsParticipating in business planning and strategic decision-makingAbility to Supervise5–15 peopleRequirements3–5 years of progressive experience in operations or business managementDemonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and overseeing business operationsExperience developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and proceduresExperience managing recruitment, staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluationProven ability to allocate resources and coordinate activities across multiple functions or departmentsExperience monitoring budgets, financial performance,



and implementing cost control measuresStrong understanding of workplace health and safety standards and regulatory complianceExperience preparing operational reports and advising senior management on performance and improvementsProven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutionsPrevious managerial or supervisory experienceBachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experienceAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in staffing, recruitment, or hospitality/service-based operations environments is considered a strong assetTerms of EmploymentPermanent, Full time (40 hours per week)Hours of WorkMonday to Friday9:00 AM to 5:00 PMHours may vary based on operational requirements; however, work is generally not expected to extend beyond 6:00 PM.
