Role Description The Junior Recruiter will support the HR team in managing the recruitment process from job posting through candidate selection and onboarding. This role will assist with sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records while providing a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with preparing and posting job openings on Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.




- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
- Assist with preparing offer letters and current hire documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain job postings and follow up on applications to support timely hiring.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities when required.
- Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of recruitment, HR, administrative, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities at the same time.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential employee and candidate information professionally.
