⭐ What You’ll Do

Recruiting & Onboarding

- Source candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conduct pre-screening calls and schedule interviews
- Support and streamline the onboarding process for new hires

Administrative Support
- Maintain internal databases and filing systems
- Manage office supplies and general office operations
- Provide a professional and welcoming environment for guests and staff

Social Media Support
- Help create and schedule content for company's social media
- Promote job postings and office events
- Contribute to building our online presence

⭐ What You Bring

- Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Experience in recruiting, administration, or reception is an asset




- Familiarity with social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Self-starter attitude and comfort working in a high-energy environment

- Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding work ethic
- Impressive and professional image and demeanor
- Must be extremely organized
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills
