Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid) Salary: $90,000 Job Type: Full time

What You’ll Be Doing

- Full‑cycle accounting and monthly/annual financial statements for a multi‑property portfolio
- Preparing reconciliations, working papers, journal entries, and review‑ready documentation
- Managing tenant rent/subsidy reconciliations and supporting funder reporting requirements
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and audit preparation
- Improving accounting processes, documentation, controls, and reporting tools




- Collaborating with the Controller, junior staff, and operational teams to resolve financial issues

Qualifications

- CPA required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; multi‑property, nonprofit, housing, or fund accounting exposure is an asset
- Strong reconciliations, financial statements, variance analysis, and audit support experience
- Advanced Excel skills; confidence with Intacct, QuickBooks, or similar systems
- Ability to work independently, move quickly, and communicate clearly with non‑financial stakeholders
