Duties:

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine framing requirements
- Measure and cut wood and other materials according to specifications
- Assemble walls, floors, and roofs
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Experience in framing, or related construction work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work with precision and tight deadlines
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting (minimum 50lbs) and working in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
