Job Type:

Full Time, Seasonal

Schedule:

8 + hours per day, 5 &2, OT after 8hr/day or 40hr/week

Essential:

Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions

Requirements:

Personal Reliable Vehicle CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support Clean Driver’s Abstract, Valid Driver’s License

Pre-employment:

Drug and alcohol testing (Urine-based test) Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation Mask Fit Testing

Industrial Foreman Responsibilities Oversee, supervise and manage the day-to-day operations on site Supervisions of operators to ensure schedules and timelines are met Assist with troubleshooting Ensure equipment is maintained at the highest standards, in a timely manner Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure Promote,



execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture This is a general responsibilities list and does not include all responsibilities required of the position

Industrial Foreman Qualifications Must have between (5) and (10) years' underground, tank foundation, and/or earthworks experience Must have previous supervisory experience

Must be proficient with CAT E.T., S.I.S., Komatsu, Prosis and Service Advisor Ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics Must be open to current learning experiences Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are required
