Our purpose is to "open up the world for those who want to see".As the Director, Commercial Finance – Americas Supply Division, you will partner with senior supply, revenue management, and brand leaders to drive revenue growth, embed financial discipline, and unlock competitive advantage across the Americas Supply ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn commercial finance oversight for the Americas Supply Division, partnering with senior leaders to translate supplier strategies into measurable financial outcomes.Deliver robust financial analysis of supplier agreements, identifying under‑leveraged revenue opportunities and activation levers.Support large bid pricing, strategic supplier proposals, and brand‑led supply initiatives with clear financial guidance.Develop scalable frameworks to evaluate supplier agreements against contractual commitments, revenue targets, and strategic priorities.Partner with Supply Operations to ensure execution aligns with agreed commercial terms and optimization objectives.Identify and prioritize new revenue streams, including overrides, ancillary income, and partnership incentives.Lead supply revenue forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling.Design dashboards and reporting to track supplier KPIs, revenue performance, and cost productivity.Champion AI‑enabled analytics and machine learning tools to enhance commercial insight and decision‑making.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two accountants across the USA and Canada.Other duties and tasks as assigned.Contribute to a safe, inclusive,
