You will be learning multiple systems, navigating a wide range of products, and managing high-volume customer conversations, all while building confidence in a dynamic retail environment.To learn more about Flight Centre please click HERE.What You Will Be DoingConvert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative sales conversationsWork toward individual KPIs and sales targets, earning commission on every saleSell end-to-end travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, transfers, and travel insuranceBuild a loyal base of new and repeat customers — from simple domestic trips to complex international holidaysManage multiple customers and communication channels at once (in-store, phone, email) in a fast-paced retail environmentUse booking systems and supplier tools to quote, upsell, book, and follow up accurately and efficientlyWhat Success Looks Like In This RoleYou enjoy working toward targets and are motivated by results and commissionYou are confident asking for the booking and closing the saleYou balance great customer experience with delivering resultsYou stay organized, resilient, and positive when things get busyWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years’ experience in travel salesExperience using Sabre GDS preferredMinimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing, target-driven sales role,
