Your role is vital in fostering a supportive community for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:



• Implement nursing policies with the health care team • Guide Personal Support Workers in daily care tasks • Communicate resident health shifts to physicians promptly • Participate in shift reports to ensure informed team support • Contribute to procedure revisions within the unit

Requirements: • Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario • Knowledge of relevant long-term care legislation • Background in geriatric nursing required • Active member in good standing with nursing college • Commitment to enhancing seniors' quality of life
