Compensation and Benefits

- Starting wages of $20.55/hr with $1 premium
- Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
- Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
- Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Follow work instructions to produce and verify conformance to quality standards.
- Meet hourly quotas.
- Document daily production.




- Operate paint booths and know all stations
- Ability to be cross trained in many areas, tasks and or machinery.
- Ability to train PTMs in the absence of the Leader Tech.
- Understand and follow the Kanban system.
- Work in a safe manner within Health and Safety guidelines.
- Maintain 5S in all assigned areas.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude test
- You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.
- Must be able to adhere PPE requirements (For Respirator fitness - clean shave of facial hair mandatory for adherence
- Experience in Paint Booths is considered an asset.

If all other factors equal seniority will be used

Straight Shift Timing on Day Shift (6:00AM-2:30AM) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.
