Take charge of Occupational Health and Labour Relations at Supply Ontario. This strategic role focuses on fostering a safe and supportive work workplace aligned with organizational goals. As a member of the HR leadership team, you will spearhead initiatives in Employee and Labour Relations (ELR) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS).

Your leadership will be crucial in building effective programs that not only address employee needs but also mitigate organizational risks through sound governance. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide oversight for ELR/OHS policies and compliance
- Develop strategies for collective bargaining processes
- Initiate and manage wellness and absenteeism programs
- Collaborate on performance metric development
- Consult with stakeholders to address ELR/OHS needs Requirements:
- Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or related field
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a multi-union environment
- Knowledgeable in employment law and collective agreements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
