Elevate BDC’s software engineering as the Assistant Vice President, Application Services. As the AVP, Application Services, reporting to the VP, Technology Architecture & Application Services, you will spearhead the software engineering organization at BDC.

This pivotal role requires strategic leadership in software development, quality assurance, and operational excellence. You will utilize modern engineering practices to enhance delivery, security, and the application portfolio’s reliability. Key Responsibilities:

- Champion engineering excellence through modern methodologies and DevSecOps
- Drive platform modernization and cloud adoption initiatives




- Innovate advance platform engineering and AI integration
- Recruit and mentor exceptional technical talent
- Define the vision for Application Services and coordinate with stakeholders Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred
- 10+ years of leadership in software engineering
- Experience managing large technology teams
- Proven history of application modernization success
