labour management and Ministry of Health and LTC standardsPerform inventory and reporting functions to Director, Ministry and other stakeholdersParticipate in maintenance and submissions of reports and records as required for Ministry or other stakeholdersPlan, execute and maintain annual fiscal budgetary expectationsCoordinate dietary activities with other departments within the facility in order to create efficiencies, reduce costs, maintaining budgetary requirements etc.Prepare cyclical menu plans adhering to necessary guidelines and standards keeping in mind inputs of clients and residents through attendance at resident food committee meetingsMaintain residents nutritional care plan when applicableWhat You’ll Need toSucceed:Successful completion of the Food and Nutrition Management Program from a recognized institutionCanadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM) and Advance Food Safety Certification requiredMinimum 5 years of experience in food service management4 years supervisory or leadership experienceStrong communication skills and interpersonal skillsPrior experience managing in a unionized setting, preferably within long term careWhat MakesSodexoDifferent:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater because we believe our everyday actions have a big impact.
