You’ll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team of professionals.You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless material flow and supply chain efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as industrial, logisitcs, procurement, and quality assurance), create and coordinate delivery schedules, monitor KPIs, manage supplier perfomance and track material consumption for compliance with the material standard (PBOM) and ensure quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments are met.You’ll specifically take care of project-specific product deliveries and material management, but also coordinate manage KPIs, supplier performance and mitigate risks.We’ll look to you for:Creating a delivery schedule and coordinating itEnsuring supply transparencyTracking material consumption for compliance with the material standard – BOQ/MBOMMaterial shortage management (system)Track on-time delivery rates by suppliersTracking the status of non-conforming materialsAdjusting the level (level management) and delivery date to the needs of the project and production lineStock controlMissionsExpress delivery needs to suppliers and contribute to governance of the Supplier's delivery performancesFollow up deliveries and ensure the availability of goods for Alstom projects on time in fullMonitor Supplier's performances KPI's including OTIFParticipate/lead Supplier's performances improvementContribute with SC inputs for supplier selectionContribute to the project SC objectives and targets by ensuring material planning and ERP settings are in line with theseobjectivesCollaborate with the Procurement team to ensure the contractual agreements are reflected in the ERP (Enterprise ResourcePlanning) systemTasksExternal suppliers: Follow up with Procurement the Purchase Requisition level maturity for launching Material Planning documentsEnsure and update the accuracy of material planning master data (in compliance with stock and logistic constraints)Create the Material Planning documents (Call-off, Schedule Agreement) & respective Source List and Quota ManagementCommunicate the Material Planning documents to Suppliers and follow Suppliers confirmationAnalyze Suppliers confirmations vs. Alstom needs and evaluate the risk/impact anticipation on production/projectsIdentify priorities associated with risk/impact anticipation and set up recovery actionsOrganize and maintain regular reviews with Suppliers in order to check the status of deliveries and their delivery performancesAnalyze and manage MRP exception messages and anticipate supply problems (backlogs, shortages, no demand…).Maintain delivery dates in ERPTrack missing parts until stock availability and ensure non-conformities replacement through NCR processResolve Goods Receipts issues with the applied means of communication (overstock, shortage, damage, documentation, quantity mismatch, Invoices, etc.)Analyze and share deliveries performances KPI's with different stakeholders (Internal & External)Collaborate with Material Planning Management/SDPM to validate worst Suppliers and define appropriate action planContribute (when involved) to Supplier Capacity AssessmentContribute to new business risk assessments and mitigation action planAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
