Your role emphasizes promoting health, learning, and personal growth in a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist students as per individualized care and support plans
- Reinforce strategies provided by teachers for effective learning
- Document behaviors and data to enhance support strategies
- Engage in cooperative planning for student development
- Prepare learning materials under teacher’s guidance Requirements:
- Educational Assistant Certificate or similar qualification
- Willingness to obtain training in behavior management
- At least one year of experience with challenging student behavior
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
