Learning Consultant (Zip/Coupa/Archer), Articulate

Location: Toronto, ON

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — in office Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every 4th Friday of the month

Contract Details

- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Pay Rate: C$60.00–C$65.00 / Hour (CAD)
- Shift / Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Summary

The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining training materials, Workday learning content, job aids, instructional videos, and supporting documentation related to procurement processes and platforms. Working closely with Procurement stakeholders, the consultants will help create engaging learning resources that support employees using procurement tools such as ZIP, Coupa, and Archer.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, and process documentation.
- Produce and maintain instructional videos and training resources to support procurement processes and system adoption.
- Partner with Procurement stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop supporting materials.
- Support learning initiatives related to procurement platforms including ZIP, Coupa, and Archer.
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect system or process changes.
- Assist with change management and user adoption activities.
- Manage and track content updates using Excel and other tracking tools.
- Analyze and reconcile document updates.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience developing training materials, job aids, and process documentation.




- Strong MS Office 365 skills — experience with Word and PowerPoint are highly recommended.
- Strong content development skills.
- Hands-on experience supporting Procurement-focused platforms in a procurement operations, systems support, or enablement role.
- Comfort working with data, reporting, and process metrics to identify trends, support decisions, and monitor operational performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, operations, and technology teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and support change initiatives with a high degree of accountability.
- Experience creating job aids, instructional video content, and Workday learning courses.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Zip, Coupa, or Archer platforms considered a strong asset.
- Experience using Agentic AI tools.
- Experience using Power Automate.
- Experience using Articulate 360 Rise.
- Experience facilitating virtual training sessions.
- Procurement experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities,



and support change initiatives with a high degree of accountability.

Education Requirements

- Post-secondary education in Business Management, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

Required Experience

- Approximately 3–5 years' experience developing training materials, job aids, and/or process documentation.

Important Notes

- Interview process: 2 rounds of interviews conducted with the hiring manager and another manager on the team; approximately 30 minutes per round; interviews likely conducted via MS Teams, potentially in-person depending on scheduling.
- No overtime anticipated.
